Eligibility for the Graduate programme requires candidates to have recently completed a degree from a third level (University or College) institution. We are seeking candidates with a combination of personal qualities and academic qualifications so it is essential that suitable candidates should also possess a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with guests, colleagues and teams. There needs to be flexibility and willingness to adapt to different locations and work various shifts plus you should be serious about your own self development.
